By accessing or using the Celeb Creations website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Celeb Creations provides custom vinyl dance floor wraps, installation, and removal services for weddings, events, and celebrations in Central California. All services are subject to availability and confirmation through our quote process.

Booking and Payment

• A deposit is required to secure your event date. Deposit amounts will be specified in your quote.
• Final payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation policies and refund terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
• Cancellations must be communicated in writing to be considered valid.
• Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and work already completed.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your event
• Ensure venue access for installation and removal as scheduled
• Communicate any changes to event details in a timely manner
• Review and approve designs before production begins

Intellectual Property

All custom designs created by Celeb Creations remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use the design for their specified event. Photos of completed work may be used by Celeb Creations for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Celeb Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other events that could not have been reasonably anticipated or prevented.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
