Our shop is on East American Avenue in south Fresno, which puts us inside twenty minutes of most of the venues our clients book — the convention and ballroom spaces downtown, the hotel and banquet rooms around the Tower District, and the estate and winery venues out past Clovis. Loading in downtown means working around a dock schedule; on a private estate it means getting a truck across a lawn. We plan for both before the day of your event.
Being local also means we are not charging you travel time from Sacramento or the Bay. We deliver into Clovis, Madera, and Selma the same day without a long-haul fee, and we regularly run floors down to Visalia, Hanford, Tulare, and Bakersfield and north to Merced, Turlock, and Modesto.

How much does a temporary dance floor cost?
Dance floor rental pricing depends on the size of the floor, the complexity of the custom design, your venue, and your date. Because every floor we build is designed from scratch rather than pulled off a shelf, we quote each event individually — and the quote includes design, printing, delivery, setup, and removal, so there are no add-on fees at the end. Do rental companies clean the dance floor?
We do. Our floors are cleaned and inspected before every single event, and we handle the full teardown and removal afterward. You never have to clean, stack, or return anything — our team takes the entire floor out of your venue when the party is over.
What size dance floor do I need for my event?
A good rule of thumb is that roughly a third to a half of your guests are on the floor at once, and each dancing couple needs a few square feet. Tell us your guest count and event type and we will recommend a size — South Asian weddings and high-energy receptions typically need a larger floor than a corporate dinner with the same headcount.
Can you install a dance floor outdoors or under a tent?
Yes. We regularly install under tents, on patios, in backyards, and on grass and other outdoor surfaces, as long as the ground is reasonably level. Let us know the surface when you request a quote and we will confirm what setup your site needs.
Do you rent tables, chairs, and other party rentals too?
Our specialty is the dance floor itself — that is all we do, and it is why our floors look the way they do. For tables, chairs, linens, and tents, we work alongside your other event rental vendors and coordinate directly with them and your venue so everything lands on schedule.
How far in advance should I book a dance floor rental?
For peak wedding season in Fresno and Central California, three to six months ahead is ideal, since custom design and printing take time. That said, we have turned floors around on much shorter notice — if your date is close, contact us and we will tell you straight away whether we can make it work.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Fresno and deliver throughout Central California, including Clovis, Visalia, Madera, Hanford, Tulare, Merced, Turlock, Bakersfield, Modesto, Los Banos, and Porterville. If your venue is outside that list, ask — we travel for the right event.
