Delivery & setup in Fresno
Downtown Fresno convention and ballroom spaces usually run on a dock schedule, so we book our load-in window with the venue before your date. Hotel and banquet rooms around the Tower District are typically a straight roll-in. Estate and backyard receptions out toward Woodward Park mean getting a truck across a lawn, which we plan for in advance rather than discovering on the day.
We install at banquet halls, hotel ballrooms, wineries, private estates, gurdwara celebration halls, and tented outdoor venues throughout Fresno. Because we are local, in-person site checks are easy and installation windows are flexible.
A note on the rest of your rentals
The dance floor is all we do — we do not rent tables, chairs, linens, or tents. What we do is coordinate directly with the event rental company and venue handling those items in Fresno, so the floor goes in at the right point in the setup and nobody is working on top of anybody.

How much does a dance floor rental cost in Fresno?
Pricing depends on the size of the floor, the complexity of the custom design, your venue, and your date. Do you charge delivery fees for Fresno events?
No. Fresno is our home base, so there is never a travel or delivery fee for a Fresno event. Our shop is at 3135 East American Avenue, which also makes design consultations and site checks simpler here than anywhere else in the Valley.
How far in advance should I book a Fresno dance floor?
Four to six weeks is our minimum, and eight to twelve weeks during peak season from May through October. Because we are local we can sometimes take on a shorter timeline for Fresno venues — reach out even if your date is close.
